While jewellery is our core product today, we may expand into clothing, accessories, or other categories in the future. All our products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to update or discontinue items without prior notice.
Pricing & Payments
Prices on our website may change from time to time due to discounts, offers, or market fluctuations. The price you see at checkout is the final payable amount.
- India Orders: The displayed price includes shipping.
- International Orders: Additional shipping charges may apply, which will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email. Only after your confirmation will the order be processed.
For payments, we currently accept Razorpay only. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. For customers in India, delivery usually takes 7 working days. For international deliveries, the time frame and charges depend on the destination country. These details will be communicated before final confirmation of your order.
While we work with trusted courier partners, sometimes delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control such as courier issues, strikes, or natural disasters. In such cases, you will be informed at the earliest.
Returns & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return — but please note the following conditions:
A return request must be raised on the same day of receiving the order through WhatsApp at +91 7977404723.
Valid reasons for return include:
- Damaged or defective product
- Wrong product received
- Size/fitting issues
- Product not matching description
If the request is delayed beyond the day of delivery, it will not be accepted. If the reason for return is not valid, the customer must bear the shipping charges. However, for genuine issues, shipping will be free.
Once the returned product reaches us and passes quality checks, we will issue a refund on the same day directly to your original payment method.
