At Saavi Fashion House, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver products that match your expectations, but in case you face any issues, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth process.

Return Policy

Customers must raise a return request on the same day of delivery through WhatsApp at +91 8767071702. Requests made after the day of delivery will not be accepted.

Valid reasons for return include:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Size or fitting issue
  • Product does not match the description or images

If the return reason is invalid (e.g., change of mind without proper justification), the customer will need to bear the shipping charges. For genuine issues, return shipping will be free.

Return Process

  1. Raise a return request on WhatsApp the same day you receive the product.

  2. Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 2–3 working days.

  3. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refund Policy

  • After the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check.
  • If approved, a full refund will be initiated on the same day to the original payment method used (via Razorpay).
  • In case of invalid reasons for return, shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.

Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
  • Refunds are processed quickly, but depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take a few days to reflect in your account.
